In July 2009 the Finnish company Exrei, the creators of the Everon wireless alarm, founded Everon Canada and acquired the IP and assets of Medical Intelligence Technologies in Canada, the creators of the Columba, Vega and Urgentys personal mobile tele-security devices to bring together some of the leading technology solutions that are revolutionising the telecare and personal protection market places.
